Rob Behnke is the Director of Risk Management for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. Cracker Barrel operates 663 locations in 45 states, has over 70,000 employees and serves over 500,000 guests every day. He is responsible for all lines of insurance purchasing, claims management, OSHA issues, loss forecasting and budgeting for all risk management issues at Cracker Barrel. Prior to Cracker Barrel, Mr. Behnke worked as a Workers Compensation Supervisor at HCA in Nashville, the largest for-profit hospital company in the United States. He developed his claims experience when he worked as a multi-line claims adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for seven years. He received a degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee in 1990 and completed his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2001. Mr. Behnke is on the board of the Tennessee Self Insurance Association and is a vice-president of the Cumberland RIMS organization in Middle Tennessee.
